Sorry.  These photos are from 2001......I'm leaving them up for viewing because I think that they are quite lovely.  2001 was a good year for wildflowers.   

These photos were taken in the Scenic Drive Area in May of 2001.  The Mojave Desert in bloom!  This page will load rather slowly - I will go back and compress as I find the time.  If you love wildflowers the wait is worth it - these pictures are the real thing and right off the drive so that we could prove that you don't have to hike a great distance to enjoy our wildflowers.
