Come try your hand at painting the famous Red Rock scenery! Join a Park Ranger at the Visitor Center for an Art in Nature program. Today’s featured art project is acrylic painting! Get step-by-step instructions on how to mix primary colors into desert tones! You can follow the provided instructions on how to paint the Calico Hills or create something on your own. Appreciate the beauty of the desert while you work indoors, chat with others and observe the unique geology of the ancient sandstone.
