Join us on the Pine Creek Canyon trail at Red Rock Canyon NCA as we go birding with Alex Harper, the Education and Outreach Chair of the Red Rock Audubon. These canyons are great places to look for migratory birds and listen for singing resident birds! This will be an early morning, easy/moderate hike, and we will be spending about 2.5 hours on the trail. The pace of the hike will be leisurely, as we look for birds and any other possible wildlife, and the maximum distance we will be going is 3.2 miles.

Registration necessary/limited space. Call (702) 515-5367. Time of hike and meet-up location will be given during registration.

Ages 13+. Bring at least 2 liters of water per person for this hike, use sun protection, wear good hiking shoes, and dress for the weather. Restrooms are located in the parking lot. There is no cell service on the trail or in most areas of the Red Rock Canyon. Please no pets on this hike.
