Fibonacci Day Tabletop

Event Details

Join us in the Visitor Center of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area to learn about number sequences and math on Fibonacci Day. This tabletop presentation will showcase how Fibonacci numbers are expressed in some plants, trees, pinecones and more. As a reminder the Visitor Center and the Scenic Drive close at 1200 on November 23, 2023 in celebration of Thanksgiving.

Registration is not required, all are welcome. This event will be inside, but when visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
