Come hike along the Fossil Ridge trail with an Interpretive Naturalist. The setting sunlight makes the cholla glow then the approaching Full Cold Moon will light our path. Learn how full moons were important to Native Americans, and how they affect people and animals. Trail has a 400ft ridge to climb on the first half of hike, then followed by a gradual slope down desert foothills. Estimated 2.4 miles. Moderate difficulty. Ages 10+.
