Event Details

Join an Interpretive Naturalist in the Willow Springs Picnic Area anytime from 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM to play some Red Rock Canyon Jenga! In this version of Jenga each piece represents a plant or an animal, and the entire Jenga tower represents the Red Rock Canyon ecosystem. Come learn about how each plant or animal plays an important role in the ecosystem, and how removing too many species from an ecosystem can be detrimental.

Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. No registration is required for this program, however, a Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive Timed Entry reservation (available at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777) is required.
