Giving Thanks with Leave No Trace

Event Details

Celebrate Thanksgiving with a guided hike at Red Rock Canyon focused on Leave No Trace and the ways we can help care for our public lands.

During this ~4-mile (6.4 km) hike, you will learn about the seven Leave No Trace principles and how simple choices can help protect the natural resources we all enjoy. By practicing Leave No Trace, we can help keep our public lands beautiful, healthy, and welcoming for generations to come.

As a special part of the program, participants who complete the hike will receive an official Leave No Trace certificate of completion.

Join us this holiday season and give back to the outdoors!
