Event Details
This hike follows the equestrian trails out to Skull Canyon. The dirt path takes us to the base of a 1000 foot cliff, where hawks and falcons nest. On our return, we follow a meandering wash to a “forest” of desert willow trees. We will meet Jackson the Red Rock Canyon Burro, a former wild burro and current mascot! Moderately difficult hike of three miles. Ages 10+. Limited space/registration required.
