Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
Join Interpretive Naturalists as we explore the resources of Red Rock Canyon on the La Madre Springs trail. Learn interesting facts about this wilderness area and how the plant community differs from lower elevations. This is a moderate 3.3-mile hike with a steady incline of 700 feet in elevation gain. We will stop to rest as needed and enjoy the scenery.
Registration necessary/limited space. Call (702) 515-5367. Time of hike and meet-up location will be given during registration.
Ages 9+. Bring at least 1 liter of water per person and dress for the weather. Restrooms are located near the parking lot. There is little to no cell service on the trail. Please no pets on this hike.
