Join an Interpretive Naturalist on the La Madre Springs trail to explore the resources of Red Rock Canyon. Learn what the Native Americans ate, what the miners were searching for, and how animals and plants survive in the Mojave desert. Hike is estimated 3.6+ miles long with a steady incline of 700+ feet in elevation gain. We’ll stop as needed to rest and enjoy the scenery. Moderate difficulty. Ages 8+.
