Join us at the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area Visitor Center Amphitheater to use watercolors to paint the Calico Hills while learning about Red Rock Canyon. This program will occur at 10:30 am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, and 1:30pm. Each session will last approximately 30 minutes. Visitors will paint a picture of what they see guided by a Ranger from the Bureau of Land Management as the Ranger talks about the unique geology that creates the striking red sandstone hills that we enjoy today.
This fun, interactive event is open to all ages! Registration is not required, all are welcome. This event will be outside so please dress for the weather. While visiting Red Rock Canyon NCA, it is recommended to wear sunscreen, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
