Hike with Tom on a hike around Potato Knoll (also known as Wilson’s Pimple). It is a scenic hike with some hills to climb and washes to explore. Parts of the trail are sandy, and other parts rocky. We will cross Pine Creek several times. Moderate-Strenuous difficulty.
Registration necessary/limited space. Call (702) 515-5367. Time of hike and meet-up location will be given during registration.
Ages 9+. Bring at least 1 liter of water per person for this hike, use sun protection, wear good hiking shoes, and dress for the weather. Restrooms are located at the Red Rock Overlook. There is no cell service on the trail or in most areas of the Red Rock Canyon. Please no pets on this hike.
