Join us at Red Spring as we explore what makes this area so unique! A Park Ranger from the Bureau of Land Management with guide you along the stunning Red Spring Boardwalk and discover the secrets of a riparian ecosystem. Along the way you’ll learn how conservation efforts have allowed Red Spring to rebound after decades of heavy use. This accessible program will take place at the Red Spring Boardwalk at Calico Basin. The trail is a 0.6-mile (1 km) on a raised boardwalk with a total of 62 ft (19 m) of elevation gain. Water is not available at the Red Springs Boardwalk.

Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. No registration is required for this program. If you plan to visit the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive or Visitor Center, please make a timed entry reservation at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.

When visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, appropriate footwear, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
