Event Details
Did you know mental health is more correlated with bird variety than with any other group of animals? Take the time to fight the seasonal blues and learn about birding for health. While this is a birding program, the focus will be on mindfulness, relaxation, and community rather than identification. Birders of all levels of experience, ability, and fitness levels are welcome. Beginners are encouraged.
NOTE: This program DOES NOT take place at the Visitor Center or Scenic Drive. You will be provided directions in your confirmation email (check your spam folder). Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. Advance registration at redrockcanyonlvprograms.timetap.com is required to attend this program. If you plan to visit the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive or Visitor Center, please make a timed entry reservation at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.
