Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area
The rocks of the Calico Hills have been sculpted into many bizarre shapes by water and time. Most people see them on the Calico Tanks trail. But we are going to take the path less traveled: up the wash and through the rocks. This is a moderately difficult hike of 2.5 miles with some rock scrambling required. Ages 10+. Limited space/registration necessary.
