Event Details

Join a Bureau of Land Management Ranger in the Visitor Center of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area for a short stroll along the Sundial Trail near the Visitor Center. This interactive walk and talk will teach you about the deep history of Red Rock Canyon showcasing some fossils along the trail. The walk will take place at the beginning of each hour and each session will last approximately 30 minutes.

Registration is not required, all are welcome. No live animals will be present. This event will be outside, and when visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
