Sundial Walk at the Visitor Center

Event Details

Join us in the Visitor Center of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area for a short walk on Sundial Trial near the Visitor Center. This interactive walk and talk will teach you about some of the plants surrounding the Visitor Center and showcase some fossils along the trail. The walk will take place at the beginning of each hour and last approximately 30 minutes each time. 

Registration is not required, all are welcome. This event will begin at the Information Desk at the Visitor Center then go outside. When visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
