SOUTHERN NEVADA CONSERVANCY CREATES OPPORTUNITIES TO DISCOVER, UNDERSTAND, AND ENJOY YOUR PUBLIC LANDS.

SUPPORT OUR MISSION BY BECOMING A MEMBER TODAY!

Southern Nevada Conservancy, a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, NV, carries out this mission at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area under a formal agreement with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Founded in 1988 as Red Rock Canyon Interpretive Association, Southern Nevada Conservancy’s many programs and services have helped visitors gain deeper understanding and appreciation of Red Rock Canyon’s cultural and natural resources for over 30 years. Proceeds from our store inside Red Rock Canyon’s Visitor Center, as well as online, directly support the work we do.

Now more than ever we are seeing people flock to public lands. With increased visitation comes increased damage, injuries, and wildfires, and our work is vital in preparing visitors of all ages for a safe and enjoyable adventure. Now is the time to support public lands education, and your support puts the natural and cultural world into context with thoughtful and imaginative activities designed to build curiosity, understanding, and fun. What better place to foster interest in STEM careers than in the great outdoors? What better time to encourage good stewardship of public lands than right now!

You can have an even greater impact as a sustaining patron. With a monthly gift starting at the price of a couple lattes per week you will be joining a passionate community of people determined to preserve Nevada’s public lands. Members receive regular email updates, invitations to private events, and a 15% discount in our Southern Nevada Conservancy-managed gift shops and online!
