On Sunday, March 11, Red Rock Canyon visitors were treated to a special Second Sunday: Artists & Authors program at the Visitor Center. Local artist Fawn Douglas, Southern Paiute Elders, and Inter-Tribal Pow Wow Dancers shared their connection between land & identity through Native American song, dance, story, and art. Visitors were welcome to create take-home crafts, listen to Birdsongs and stories, and watch Pow Wow performances.
