Want to discover the hidden history of Red Rock Canyon and Cottonwood Valley? Join a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) ranger on a guided 3-mile (4.8 kilometer) hike with sweeping views of Red Rock Canyon. Join us as we discover the hidden history lurking beneath the sandstone rocks.

Interpretive programs at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area are a free public service. Advance registration at redrockcanyonlvprograms.timetap.com is required to attend this program. If you plan to visit the Red Rock Canyon Scenic Drive or Visitor Center, please make a timed entry reservation at www.recreation.gov or by calling 1-877-444-6777.

When visiting Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, it is important to dress accordingly for the weather. It is recommended to wear sunscreen, appropriate footwear, bring a hat, sunglasses, and plenty of water.
